Pricing Policy: All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 15.06.2011. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.
POSTAGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Were St Trading is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. All products are throughly checked before sending them to you, however if there is a problem, please call us on 94358893 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the issue.
Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-5 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 1 business day to arrange an immediate refund, a back order or an agreeable alternative item. Please note, we will not be held responsible for any delay beyond our control ie. issues with a third party. Each order will be provided with a tracking number. All items are sent via Australia Post. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow up parcels with Were St Trading if they do not arrive in a reasonable time frame.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality and a thorough check of your item is undertaken before it is sent to you. If you received an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please email right away and provide a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process.
You may choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
is significantly different from the sample or description
doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.
Shipping costs for exchanges are incurred at the customer’s expense, unless deemed faulty.
Under the Consumer Affairs Laws, Victoria, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. We are happy to exchange or provide you with a credit note if the items are returned in the original condition, with all tags, labels and packaging attached, and within 14 business days of receiving the item/s.
